Margaret's Note:  Catalina Island beckons just off the coast of Santa Monica and is a slice of Mediterranean heaven in the Pacific Ocean.  On a clear bright island day, whites and blues dominate the color spectrum.  For the Catalina Earrings and the , I've used Crystal Quartz for its mystical and spiritual qualities and the fact that the gemstone represents the clear simplicity of the island spirit.
