Fabulous vintage 1980's leaf brooch with calibre cut sapphires of fine blue colour, total weight estimated as 5.00cts, hidden set, with a perimeter & petiole of brilliant cut diamonds channel set. 65 diamonds in total with an estimated total weight of 1.30cts.  Mounted in all 18ct yellow gold.  Measuring 44mm x 30mm, weighing 11.2g.  Gold double pronged clasp with roll over safety catch, the extra prong for secure fitting.  Fully hallmarked London 1985.
